Marrakech to Ourika Valley & Setti Fatma
Approx. driving time: Approx. 70 km each way
The Ourika Valley is a green cleft in the Atlas, with a river, terrace cafés and the trailheads of Setti Fatma. In spring the valley is especially lush; in summer it is a refuge from Marrakech heat.
You can walk toward the waterfalls (a rocky path with several crossings — we match it to your fitness), visit an argan or saffron cooperative, and have lunch with your feet almost in the stream. Return via the same valley road, with a last look at snow on the ridge if the season allows.
