Marrakech to Ouzoud Waterfalls

Ouzoud is Morocco’s most dramatic cascade, dropping about 110 meters in several steps into a pool often visited by Barbary macaques. The walk down through olive groves takes 20–40 minutes; a small boat can take you near the spray if you wish.

Lunch is on a terrace facing the falls. The drive crosses agricultural plateaus and is a full day, typically 10–11 hours door to door. Wear shoes with grip; the paths can be polished and wet. We avoid the tightest crowd window when we can by leaving Marrakech early.
